SES light, code p1152

SES light, truck running with slight miss only at idle, as soon as i touch gas pedal, miss disapppears and runs fine .At steady cruise slight jerking and pulsation. WOT runs fine only at idle and cruise, This also is happenning intermitantly run fine for a few days then acts up, scan tool says** code P1152 lack of H02S1 switches rich(bank 2,sensor 1)** is this the first oxygen sensor on pass side? Any help much appreciated. I'ts an 02 with a sadly built sean hyland motor, getting ready to pull it to put CP pistons in,runnig stock cams and no chip. Just trying to get some bugs worked out before i pull the engine.

So is that what the code means ?, driver side 1st oxygen sensor not working correctly? may make sense because i had an oil plug on drivers side cylinder head on the lower corner loosen up and was dripping oil onto the oxygen sensor and it's coated with burned oil now. thanks for all your help.

You may want to take a look at this website. It gives you a couple of other items to consider such as Base Engine Idle, EGR, Fuel System and Air Induction System. It also states:

*Bank 2 refers to the bank of cylinders opposite Cylinder #1.
*Sensor 1 refers to the O2 sensor closest to the exhaust manifold.
*Sensor 2 refers the O2 sensor downstream of the catalytic converter

http://www.tradervar.com/ford_codes.htm

If oil was dripping on the sensor then that may indeed be the problem. Hope this helps and hope you get it figured out.
