Ok guys!! I tried to start her up for last 10 days with no luck.I called my dealer i he was going to pick her up with flat bed next week[ weather permited, lots of snow in Chi-town] but since i have 1 or 2 mods i was little bit afraid that they will void my warranty so i want to fix this problem by myself. I checked everything from A to Z and she still would not start. My old Idle air control valve wasn't clogged or dirty. Finlly one day i spoke to independent mechanic[not from ford] and he told me to look into Idle air control valve that sometimes they may fail and when they do the engine gets a lots of air instead of fuel. So i took my chance . Called few dealers around who may have this part and i find one 15 miles away from my house.I went there got the part for $59 [ dealer want $88 ] came home installed the part disconect the battery for 15 min. and then WHOLA SHE IS ALIVE:
