I want to see an SRT10 launch at 3000 rpms twice on a row with 1.9 or lower 60 foot and not trash the tranny ... Which IS a problem for some new ones aready...

Well as far as the SRT goes only someone that is seriously mentally handicapped or the result of defective contraception would buy that car with a truck bed…

Let’s all remember people that “vehicle” is FALSE advertisement, it is NOT a truck. If it can’t tow anything it’s about as useless as a Yugo…

So even if Dodge could get John Force to drive that “thing” stock and beat a stock Lightning the Lightning would still be the world’s FASTEST production TRUCK…

So I guess it’s back to the drawing board for Dodge to actually develop and engineer a TRUCK that one day “may” beat a Lightning…

You want to fairly compare to two for ¼ mile speeds and see which will really smoke the other one then connect them both to a trailer with 2,000lbs of weight and race them 280 times and see who comes out the winner 280 times in a row….

My wife theorized that there would be transmission problems with these long ago. Could you share a little more info. with us all???

It makes sense to me that while the trans. can withstand some abuse in a 3400lb. car...........a 5150lb. truck is a whole different story.

I'd guess if you needed a new trans. for one........Chrysler is going to be the only game in town for one. I'd also guess that all new transmissions are slated for new vehicles. I'd also guess that they would not warranty a trans. & clutch.

I'd hate to have a $46K vehicle sitting brokedown, not knowing when you'll get available parts..........and making a big $$$$ payment as it sits.

I would like to recomend reading glasses or going back to grade 4 if you have anymore stupid questions.
