Here's one of my favorite CF hoods by Kaminari...
This one can run from $695 - $895 depending on if you get just the scoop carbon fiber or the whole hood. They also have a factory style CF hood and more pics here...

Then RobG's Proglass cowl hood in CF....
Then the APC hood posted above from stylinconcepts and the DG Motorsports are the only other ones I know of. Sorry none of the pics were on a silver L though...I've seen them on silver cars before and the contrast is nice. Good luck!
