Question C&L Trueflow inlet pipe

Anyone using one of these? Looks like it replaces the OEM rubber inlet pipe. I saw it over on RPM Outlets site for 124.95. They claim a 7hp gain with it. I really don't care if I gain any hp. Just thought it looked better than what I have now. I can't post a picture because of the server change that is going on at this site. Feedback? Thanks-Bill-

I have one on my 00L. Looks very clean and it has an inlet for Nitrous if you are going that route. Dunno if I gained any HP with just the pipe, but I bought the whole kit, pipe, MAF and Filter and it sounds great. You might be better off getting a pipe from JLP with the cold air induction kit. That's what i would get if I had to do it all over. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks engelmb

I have the PSP Fast-Air setup on my "L" now. I know some of the guys have used the REM pipe with this combo I imagine the JL would be about the same. The flexible connectors on the C&L look like the install would be much easier. And I prefer the easier softer way
