exhaust and intake

I hava a Borla catback exhaust on my truck now. Should i keep it or trade it out for something else, and if so what? Has anyone done dino test to see if the Borla helps or hurts performance.

Question two, extrude honed upper intake. Besides smothing out the air flow into the supercharger, what are some other advantages to this mod? Has anyone seen any hp increase and if so what were they, and did it make any difference at the track?

Any info would be very helpful, thanks.

Those are 2 mods that really don't amount to much of anything...

It's not until you start making a LOT more power, that an opened up upper intake and free"er" flowing exhaust (LT headers, hi flow cats) makes a difference.
