I didn't have much luck with the Z5 on the black.I used the Z1 Polish lock followed by the Z2.I've probably got 10-12 coats on now.It seems like it kind of peaked around the 6th coat.I tried the Z2 on the Lightning not the Z5,but like I said no noticeable difference.I guess I was just spoiled by the Zaino and the black. For some reason I thought I would be able to make the silver look just as good or close to the black. What was I thinking??????I mean look at the GLOSS on black!!!!!Black...there is no substitute.

Red was my choice of colors when I bought,

and the rest is history

Same here Rob...White was the color I planned on getting as I drove to the dealer that morning. I walked into the showroom and there she sat in all her red glory right next to a white one!!!
"And the rest is history"

I wonder where "Nasty Wendy" is...This sort of thread usually gets her dander up

White or black was my first choice.Interesting trend going on here.People wanting a certain color and winding up with something else because of circumstances.

I use Zaino on my silver Lightning!

I think it turned out pretty good. Good enough in fact to make Fast Gator sell that slow black Lightning & buy a silver one!!!

when i took that first pic, it had been 6-8 months since i put zaino OR even washed the truck!!!!!

i hand washed the truck the night before the show, sprayed it off again the next morning @ a car wash, then used the Z6 spray to make it shine!

Black might not shine when it’s dirty, but it sure does SPARKLE
