Morning!

My built block is almost complete from JLP. John asked if I wanted the heads done while she was still in pieces. Is it worth it for the $1500 +. I am spending 6,000+ plus on her already (thanks Amex!). Would you do it?

Have the heads cleaned up, maybe 1mm oversize valves. No major work though.
And get cams. That's where the real gains are!

 

If you have the money, spend it. If you have to compromise, just go with the cams.
