I recently bought the metco idler pulley kit that makes the belt wrap around the top pulley better.

I also have a 2 lb lower pulley. I am using the stock belt with the 2 lb. lower but I haven't installed the idler kit yet.

Any body have any idea what size belt I will have to go to once the idler kit is installed.

Does anybody know what the next size up from stock is and how much longer it would be than the stock belt.

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I am very confident your current belt will not fit.

I have a 3.20" upper and a 9" lower (2 and 6 lb). I was using a 85 and once I installed the Metco I went to the 95 series. I can't remember the first 4 or 5 numbers to the belt size (gater belt), just the last two. Sue over at JLP helped me out with the necessary size.
