Before I bought a truck I would have never guessed truck drivers where so competitive. Dodge and Chevy guys give me the dirtiest looks, floor it, swerve in and out of traffic. Man I never knew there was a huge rivalry between Chev, Ford and Dodge trucks. Most of them have no idea what a Lightning is and see the Altezas in the back and figure I added them and they must show me their truck is superior to mine. I usually just ignore them and drive like normal except the new “HEMI” Dodge trucks. For some reason I cant hold back with them. I also cant wait to shut down the Ram SRT-10 when they start coming out. That is if anyone buys that $48 thousand dollar truck. I had a Camaro so I am well aware of the Camaro Mustang rivalry but never knew it existed in the truck world.

But my question to you guys is does drivign a sleeper **** you off? To an extent the Lightning is a sleeper and some times I just shake my head and get pissed thinking "if they only knew". RESPECT damn it LOL

I was cruising down rt.22 the other day when I saw a Porsche (what I thought was a boxster) coming up behind me real fast. It is a 2 lane road and I was running 65 in the fast lane. I could tell he wanted to pass me but there was too many cars in the slow lane.
After about 2 cars there was a clearing in the other lane. I knew he was going to dart out from behind me and go.
So when I seen him make his move I punched it. He pulled me for 2 seconds and then I reeled him back in. The lane in front of me was clear but he had to let out because of cars in front of him.
Basically he thought he could just nail it and cut in front of me, boy was he shocked.

BTW- It turned out to be a 911. Which made me even more proud of my L.

He took a look at the L and gave me a thumbs up and off he went.

I may know someone with a 911 that will run you...first one to 185 wins!!! Actually that 911 Turbo with the EVO Stage 4 package has been calling me...600hp and lots of bottom-end (better than a stock 911 Turbo). Need to get rid of this slow piece of NA Euro-trash!
