So, if you installed the latest security patch for Microsoft
Windows and Internet Explorer, your "slider" bar on the
right hand side of the screen is now "distance enabled".

What this means is you can no longer just plant the mouse
at the top or bottom of the slider, and click to page down.

If you click more than an eighth of an inch away from the
"slider" portion you will move several (2 or more) pages
in that direction.

Just wanted y'all to know you're not drunk or crazy ...

PS... Another Microshaft product that is foisted on users
without ANY way to turn it OFF .... Jeez ... When will
they ever learn (or TEST)
