what size e/t streets

making my christmas list, what size e/t streets should i get for my hd. i know alot of u guys favor the 28s ,but im not making as much power.i think the 26s would help me get out of the hole
faster with the smaller diameter and all. i still have plenty of room
up top, only crossing the line at around 101.
what do u guys think would be best?

I have the 26" ET streets. I think the extra "gear" effect of the smaller diameter tires has got to help. They hook up great for me too. I had a 1.57 60 foot two weeks ago and that was running with my race program which dynoed at 520ish at the wheels. They do spin if I try to spray right at launch though, but not bad.

26.5" here. I did seem to launch a tad better w/28"s But the rest of the ETs and speeds going down the track were slower.

Tubes

No, you don't have to use tubes. I never did, but I also did not run less than 16 lbs of air in them, or you'll get a little squirmy if a crosswind hits you on the big end of the track, John H.
