Went to HRP Friday night and ran a new personal best and met my goal of running an 11 sec 1/4 mile with the stock Eaton. The slip reads:

Although barely in the elevens I was still a happy camper. I also ran this on the street side of the chip. As good as the air was and low humidity I did not want to risk hurting the truck for approx another tenth. Two of the Lightnings there that night went home by way of wrecker, one I know for sure threw a rod. I hate when this happens and feel bad for them. The temp was in the upper 40's to low 50's with approx 35-40% humidity.

 

What's your mods? Very good times..

 

Thanks Jeff! I have all typical mods: chip, upper/lower pullies, single blade TB, cold air with 92mm mass air, ported plenum. FTVB, elec fans, spacer, high flow cats, 2400 stall. The only thing I do not have is headers and cat back or bigger blower.

Congrats on breaking into the 11's, ain't it cool? I remember my 1st 11 second pass, this past March. In a couple of weeks I might break into a new club, with stock cams and stock heads, 10's baby !!!!! Anyway, enjoy your new best ET, gotta love these trucks, John H.
