S.E.S light came on ?SSSS

My service engine light came on last night. I think I know why. I had removed the intake tube to the supercharger, to see how much oil was in there. After checking, I put it back on, and starting driving around , and the light came on. I found that one of the tubes that plug into the intake tube underneath came off. So I put it back on, and now the light will not go off. Is there still a problem, should I still bring it in, or just reset the battery.

My truck Has no mods except drop in K&N, and a Borlla cat back.

Thanks Jason

double check the hoses under the intake, also chech where the hoses go to. Maybee it got didconected on the drivers side valve cover. Disconect the battery for a while.

Same thing happened to me. Just disconnect the battery and then reconnect it. If the ses light was from what you did, it shouldn't come back on.

yea reste the PCM

if the light came on then you found the hose and reconnected it the light will not go off automatically. The code is a stored code and will only go off if you reset the PCM or delete it with a scan tool

After a certain number of key cycles, if everything is ok, the computer will turn out the light on its own, but it is easier to just clear the codes yourself.
