Thumbs up JDM November Special!

JDM is pleased to announce our special offer for the month of November. Their has been a lot of interest in beefing up the stock Lightning short block recently. So, we put together a package for the guys who are ready to build themselves a new bulletproof lower end. As most of you now the stock rods are the weekest link in our motors. Our package will include the rods and all the other internals needed to complete your shortblock. JDM uses only the highest quality parts and these are the same parts used in all our race trucks. Included in this special are following:

JDM spec'd Manley H-Beam Rods
JDM spec'd "Quiet" Pistons made by Probe (STD, .20, .30 bore)
Wrist Pins
Plasma Moly Piston Rings
ARP Main Studs

For the month of November we will be offering the above setup for only $1,443.00 plus S&H. JDM recommends blueprinting and balancing your engine when installing these internals. To order please contact JDM at 732/780/0770, Monday through Friday, 8-6 PM or E-Mail me directly at micronp450@aol.com. Any questions please feel free to ask..

Thanks,

Justin@JDM

Oh you didn't have to post this. Now I'm not going to be able to think about anything else for a four weeks.

That's cool . Hey, but what happened to the March - October specials? I must have missed those threads.

Can I get them without the JDM Logo?

The internals of a modular modar isnt the biggest part of this install. You gotta figure what it takes to COMPLETLEY pull ,diasasemble ,reasseble, put back in with all accesories ,and heads and what to torque and what not to and there is so damn much to this job,The CHEAPEST way in the long run is to drop it off at JDM and let them do everything.

I have a saying. "Pay now or pay later" ,If you think its expensive now, wait til you screw something up and you gotta pay someone even more $$ to fix it..,This phrase works so much it scares me.So many times in my life,I have seen people try to save a few bucks and it end up costing double in the end.Ive done it myself

for instance.Ive had cars with problems that I could not figure out what was wrong.I was too cheap to have it fixed at a mechanics shop so I start replacing sensors and part after part until i realize i cannot fix it.After MUCH aggrevation,i send it to a shop,They fix it,Hand me a large bill and im done.I could have saved all my time, aggrevation and alot of money from the parts that you cannot return that i put in that didnt change anything........FWIW

Justin just say I was to drop my truck off at your shop for a little while and buy the November special lower end package for $1,500. Say I'd also like to go with stage II cams. (and whatever I need lifters, and springs to go with the new cams)
If I want you guys to pull my motor and install the lower end package and the stage II cams and put my stock heads back on, what will it cost me?
Shane

svtguy2002,

I can't speak for Sal's setup because I don't know what brand of internals he uses for his motors. If you scroll over to the NLOC "Fastest Gen2" list you will see that we have the most 10 second Lightning trucks out their. They are all daily driven and not trailor queens, or lets make one run and repair it. These internals have held up to everything we have thrown at them. In my opinion you can't get a better deal then this.

Hope this helps,

Justin@JDM
