could you put a turbocharger on a lightning? or would that give it too much boost?

taking away the blower is like taking away the natural beauty of the truck. that would be like putting a blower on a GN. imo. but it would be different. add in a bit of boost lag (all centrifugals have some lag, i think...) so i think you wouldnt get as much low end which is the best to get these trucks really moving off the line. but hey its your truck and id like to see some numbers if you do it.

you could probably pull it off, it would probably cost you upwards of 30k(just a guess). You have to r&d it, developed all the parts to stick it all together, and to top it all off, probably the hardest thing of it all, you have to tune it. It might not be all that bad with a roots blower but with a twin screw jesus i can imagine that it would be a nightmare to tune, esp for a street setup, maybe not so bad if your only WOTin it.

In anycase, if you mean just remove the blower and using a turbo instead, yeah im sure you can do it, but why do you wanna?
