Anyone know where to get a hinged (preferably lockable) license plate frame for the rear bumper location?

Hmmm. I take it this is a resounding 'no'. I'm looking at doing the battery relocation mod and would like to mount the cutoff behind the license plate and get to it without taking the plate off.

One more try. Then I'll try to create something out of some parts I've found.

Isn't that what they sell for hidden hitches on rollpans? If it is you should be able to get on pretty easy.
