i think maybe the weather is affecting me
Next yeat i am going to order a 6# pulley and have it dynotuned
the inner cooler still could be clogged with oil, i'm not talking about the lines, i'm talking about the inner exchanger fines. you'd have to removed the s/c to find that out
that tire pressure is too low too

Ok,
2.2 60 foot means you are spinning or not getting all the way on it!
92 mph in the 1/4 is WAY low... Are you holding the gas all the way through the 1/4?
Now you also say you have a boost bypass. Is it installed right? Maybe your bypassing the boost ALL the time?

MPH is way, way low. Is the boost gage showing boost during the run. You should be hitting 8 psi stock.
And 16psi for tires? I assume you are running slicks then? If you're on street tires, that is way, way too low. Try about 28psi.

I was running with nittos nt 555
You should be easily in the 1.9's or even 1.8's on Nittos. A tenth of 60' time is roughly equal to 2 tenths ET. If you nibble that 2.2 down to a 1.9, you'll be in the low 14's. Keep practicing the launches.
Something still sounds wrong with the low MPH though.

As others have said, your MPH's are way too low, indicating a loss of horsepower.
Engine lacks power--possible causes:
1. Incorrect ignition timing(I doubt that?)
2. Faulty or incorrectly gapped plugs(shouldn't be that with your mileage?)
3. Air filter dirty(very well could be?)
4. Faulty ign. coils(doubt that or your eng would be misfiring)
5. Brakes binding(???)
6. Auto. trans. fluid level incorrect, causing slippage(???)
7. EGR system not functioning properly(???)
8. Use of sub-standard fuel(pinging???)
9. Vacuum leak(s) at hose connections or manifold(???)
10 Dirty or clogged fuel injectors(???)
11. Restricted exhaust system(doubt it???)

What about the quality of the gas available there? It's probably not the only cause of your low speeds, but if your gas there is less than 93 octane, that could have something to do with it.
