I guess that means SCT is better because if it wasn't I'm sure I'd be hearing it about now.

Wonder what the tuner wars are going to be like now that average person can tune there truck

On a serious side though, that is cool software. My Predator saving funds may just have to be converted now .....

This seems like really awsome stuff for the very knowledgable L owner. But for people like me that only have a limited understanding of everything that goes into tuning a truck, it could be very costly. I can hear the stories and excuses now when a few retards blow their motors.

I guess the only "retards" blowing motors now are the tuners?

My intention wasn't to imply that any tuners were retards. I was saying the retards would be people with LIMITED knowledge trying to tune their own trucks and that could be very costly. I would love to use this software but I realize I don't know nearly enough to tune my truck.

Jerry is a good friend of mine and he tuned a few vehicles before attending a wedding last year.
It was good opportunity for people owning Ford products to get their vehicles tuned.
Jerry is the best in the business and He is tuning some vehicles down here as a favor to me.

"I don't want to tune lightnings, the owners are at best people I don't want to associate with. You see the ET in my little picture? That's a naturally aspirated 455 Olds motor, none of your sissy poweradders to go that fast. It is the worlds quickest and fastest stock blocked Olds powered, Olds bodied car in the entire world by almost 1 full second. How fast is your power adder lightning?"

Please go away with your childish comparisons and ideas....

Jerry W.attempted a chip for me...I had a stock Lightning gain on me the last 1/8th

On the reburn It was for a CUX2 instead of a CUX 1 (went to JDM and never looked back)
So...I am probably one of the Lightning Owners he is talking about. In a couple of years he will probably be talking about Colbra Owners the same way.

I wouldn't take any of it personally. My understanding is that Jerry hates everyone equally.

Maybe he is just likely one of those creative, talented guys, who has no sense of how to deal with the public.

I hear that is is very good. Maybe like a tempermental artist. If you want his work you might have to put up with his idiosyncrasies.

Another example would be engine builders. Most good ones I've met have been a bit whacky.

Jim if you knew the entire story he put Cobra owners at the same level as Lightning owners. Incase you didnt know JDM now uses Jerry's software so like him or hate him he gets your money when you get a chip from JDM nowdays. The same will soon be going for most Superchip Vendors, just like most Diablo Dealers now use the Revolution software.
