Total BS period,i have a good friend with a hemi that has longtubes, catback, filter and the best he has ran is 15.09@89mph and with a 100 shot he ran 13.5@99 also i have seen many hemi's some stock and some modded at the track and they all ran between 15.20-15.70@86 so unless he was running a small 50-75 shot i don't buy it.

If you had a Hemi and it was known to run 15's, why even go to the track?

going to call for the wet suit here, no way a 'sligtly modded' rodge dam wif a heni put those numbers up . . . just like the time I raced a fellow FTW member and the timing equiptment called me the winner . . . it's an error . . . show some back up with that slip . . . come to VA and I'll not only race it with my Expy, but I'll get someone to do a video clip as well.

I can tell you I took my "daily driver" '99 F150 extra cab, 2-wheel drive 5.4 with a cap on it to the track: 16.4 @83. I ran twice against a guy in a short box, regular cab Hemi. 260HP vs. 345HP, yeah, right...

He beat me with a 16.3 both times, I think at 84 and 85mph. I took him through the 1/8th mile, then he'd catch up and just edge me at the end.

We chatted before and after each run. Needless to say he thought he'd be quicker, and I thought I'd be slower, but the facts are the facts.

My brother raced a guy at his work with his Silverado on the street: same situation, he took the guy slightly to about 70mph then the Hemi pulled ahead and they quit about 80mph. They did this twice, same thing.

Well, stock L's go low/mid 13's in the same cold weather your Dodge boy ran in. With his "lightly modded" setup it still wouldnt be a run. .5 seconds in the quarter is a hefty difference, but I'm sure you and all of the Dodge boys will be running in the 11's with stock SRT10's right?

Thats like saying a slighty modded L will run with a SRT-10 all day long.

I can make a pile of ***** run 12.0's in the quarter too.
