CONGRATS ON THE ET

Bummer with Sue's HD
But they knew the risks, and talked about it possibaly blowing.
I commend them for trying it, I'm the same way.
It needed a Built motor ANYWAY

Thanks Rob02_Lightning. Was kinda upset I couldn't break into the 12's but I had some traction issues with the f1's. 13 flat isn't too shabby I guess for the first time at the track.

13.0 is as good as the 12's your after
I was stuck on the door step for quite sometime last yr,
You truly need slicks, once you hit this level
"if" your gonna go for some better Et's as time goes on
WHAT WAS YOUR 60FT TIME ???

My 60 foot time was 2.0. Needs a little improvement I guess. If I had slicks, I am sure I could have been in the 12's...or maybe some juice is next on the list. We'll see.

Hey guys. Yeah I just got home from Cecil and I was having traction problems even with Nitto's. Maybe it was TOO cold or I'm just an idiot. It was a good time though and I hit a personal best so it wasn't all bad.

I got a 12.84 at 107.78 with a 1.952 60ft. I know it's nothing to write home about but with my mods I am very happy. I have hit my goal.

Had a great time. Arrived at 8AM, and didn't leave until 4:30PM. Good to meet those of you that I met. So many new faces and names to remember. There were some unfortunate runs today, and some new bests, but I won't go into them.

And yes, I got sunburnt... wasn't even any sun out, sheesh

Thanks Sorry I don't have more pictures on there. I took many more, but many had unflattering poses of certain people that I couldn't edit out cleanly, or people walking in front of the camera.

Including the BEAUTIFUL GT-40 kit car:

And the dirtiest vehicle to ever race there:

/

which would've made a close race to:

Only to be blown away by the full wheelie by:

Yes.. you heard right, and I witnessed it, a full wheelie
http://www.photoreflect.com/scripts/...um=0&adjust=-1
The left tire literally came 6" off the ground

But, I did score ONE win that day, against this behometh:

This guy scared me:
http://www.photoreflect.com/scripts/...um=0&adjust=-1
He was one of the first to go up, full cage in the car. Lights staged, and you could hear his turbo spool up... however, somewhere around 2nd gear it broke and he had to be pushed off
