well sorry for keeping you all in suspense....now this is just a theory of mine......i will follow up with this next week.....so here it goes.......Since Ontario Truck is the only F150 plant that produces the SVT Lightning, and it is closing soon......Dearborn Truck (new f150 plant) is getting close to launching......i am pretty positive that the Dearborn Plant is not going to produce the Reg Cab F150, only Norfolk and Kansas City is......you have to trust me on this.....i can't say for legality......but, Dearborn Truck is showing where they are going to make a low low low volume of Reg Cab F150s......and if my theory is correct, these are going to be the new model Generation III Lightning......looks like pre production is starting in late February or early March.....guys this could be it.....i'm just as anxious as you all are about the Gen III Lightning......i'm hoping i'm right......

That would be very cool. I honestly hope there is a year or two hiatus on Lightnings though. TYhat way I could enjoy my truck as being the badest Ford pu for just a couple more years.

guys.....like i said....i'll follow up and know more by next week.....i could be wrong, but as far as what has taken place with Ontario closing and being the SVT Lightning home, it would make sense why Dearborn Truck could be the new home of SVT Lightning......guys this is pretty exciting.....looks like to me with the SRT/10 making its appearance in December, SVT might be pushing this to show the Truck world that they still own the High Performace market.....guys, i don't have a Lightning, yet, but this could be the one that breaks the camels back....i'll keep info coming as i know more.....
