What pads are you using? I replaced the OEM Brembo pads (which I thought were great) this week. I was horrified to find that the Brembo pads overhung the outer edge of the rotors, leaving about a 1/8" wide "lip" on the pads.
I replaced them with Porterfield R4S pads. They do not hang over the edge, but were too close to the hat on the inside (not much) and needed to be ground down a bit.
Warped rotors? Poor fitting pads? Is Brembo QC slipping?
