1.93 60 on slicks (whats wrong)

The slicks arn't new, I bought them from a friend who had 15+ runs on them. He was pulling consistent 1.7 on them. I'll try tire pressure. Its got to be that or either i'm spinning on the rim or just plain spinning

I forgot about that. That could be the problem. Could you explain how that is hurting me. It doesn't make sense to me.

Don't feel bad I'm getting the same times as you with similiar mods to my L. Mark them and you'll see, the fun part is testing right? Now if only we could get paid for it.

Also how tall are your tires? if they are lower then a 28" tall slick you lose gearing (basically) and times will suffer.
Wouldn't a 28" slick make the gear taller VS. 26"

I've got the 28" Hoosiers QTP. I'm currently running stock
3:55 gear.
I'm going to run the slicks for the first time this weekend.
Shooting for a low 8 sec run.
