I am going to Cecil on Nov 8 and want to get below 12.5 or even below 12 before the end of the season.

ran race program on diablo flip chip

jlp intake
oil breather cap, jlp traction bars, 2' drop shackles
running about 13 lbs of boost?

I am getting slicks for Cecil, but is there any other reccomendations. Looking at those Mods, what would be next on the list for under $1000.00?
I want to get into the low 12's.

With a 1.6x 60' on slicks you should be right there.

Only other mods I'd recommend is a valve body if you don't have one.

 

Slicks/DS loop
remove passenger seat/tailgate
Elec fan

~50 shot NO2 to "cool things off a bit"

 

stupid ? but how do you take the tailgate off?

 

Spray it.

 

undo the two tabs on each side. Open tail gate. Lift the right side up and out of position first, then slide tail gate to the right, it should come out then.
