YOu could have messed up your maf sensor. or unrelated to your power pipe install check your 02 sensors if u just put headers in. Did it say lean bank one or lean bank 2???

If is says bank one it means it is after your engine not before i think. Correct me if i am wrong anyone. Bank 1 means it is what sounds to me like an 02 sensor on the passenger side. I forget if bank one is passenger side or driver side. Try switching your o2 sensors and see if it comes up bank 2 . then you know it is bad.

Hey man, youll get it straightened out. Dont worry it is a small fix. A new 02 sensor is like 100 bucks. Good luck. It will be fine.

u said u did a full exhuast right? If so, you could have pinched a wire putting the header in or damaged it putting the header in or the wiring is hitting the new header causing it to melt the casing and shorting it out.. Other than that, i dont know. Remember, it might not even be that. That is just my assuption and a starting point. If u did a full exhuast, that is what i would assume. IF u just did a catback, then it shouldnt be that.

I am not sure now? It sounds like an 02 sensor but with just a catback.... Hmmmmm. I am not too sure. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
