Leo, First of all after compring the title of this thread to what you said above, you did not get pulled over last night. You passed a cop doing 65 in a 45 which is simply speeding. But the cop didn't attempt to pull you over did he? Did he put his lights on? If so, congrats you lost one. You kept $150 in your pocket and you get to keep your truck for another few months. It doesnt seem like you really lost the cop though. You may have punched it after you couldn't see him anymore in your mirror, but was he chasing you? You said you knew he was coming after you, your insurance was already high, so after you got over the bridge, you put your foot to the floor...
I'm not here to say that's right or wrong, you already made that call last night. You are lucky nothing worse came from it and I suggest if you really want to keep that truck, quit doing things like you did last night.

HEY SOMETIMES YOU NEED THE RUSH!
RAN FROM THE COPS ON MY OTHER LIGHTNING I WAS ON
ONE WHEEL PASSING HIM, HE DIDNT LOOK TO HAPPY
PUT THE FRONT END DOWN AND JUST WENT FOR THE
GSP... MADE IT BUT HOPE I NEVER RUN INTO THAT COP AGAIN

BUT I WOULDNT RUN IN MY TRUCK UNLESS I HAD A REAL GOOD
JUMP ON HIM ,LIKE I PASSED HIM AT 140 THEN I WOULD KEEP GOIN

When you drive a slowsvt you don't have much choice

Question

What's with all this runnin and hidin?
Just pull a gun and shoot it out with the cops.

Otherwise,
1) An unreasonably expensive speeding ticket
2) Insurance rates through the roof
3) The parents find out
4) There is no other way to get on TV unless you can sing or dance

You got really lucky, my man. You should appreciate your good fortune, and think about changing your driving habits. If you hit someone with your lights off, insurance would have been the least of your worries - they don't sell "high risk" in prison.
