Are 99/00 Eatons the same as 01 & up?

If not then can you tell if this one is newer?

That is what I thought.. I just could not tell by that pic. if that Eaton is an older or newer version...

Also if it's got SVT on the snout instead of Eaton it's the newer setup correct?

true, but some of the 01's had eaton too

you can swap snouts easily.

I wouldn't go by the snout!
go by the bolt pattern
