I'm not Canadian, but when I went shopping for mine, it was just after Sept 11, 2001, and due to the low finance rates, every dealer I talked to was trying to gouge me on price (they were selling well above sticker).

I called SVT and they faxed me a list of all SVT dealers west of the Mississippi. I started my search that way and saved more than $7K off of what local dealerships were charging.

The point is, call SVT and get a list. It may be worth hopping a plane with a one-way ticket...

Exactly. I wanted black, but got white (couldn't pass on the price). In retrospect, though, I like the white quite a bit, so no complaining here.

PS. That discount also included X-Plan...
