difference betwn '99-00 and '01-present Lower pullies

what is the difference between pullies made to fit '99-00 lightning and '01-present (lower crank pulley of course)?

I used to know but forgot!

The hole is bigger on the 01+ pullies. A pulley for a 99 or 00 can be machined just a little bit bigger and will work fine. Don't ask me how much it needs to be machined. I don't know.
