Not really but....

My wife took my lightning out this morning . anyhow,She says" what did you and dons bolt do your truck this weekend"? she claims the truck is ALOT more responsiveand has more power .I laughed and told her that its just cause its cold.My point is, the low temps gotta make a pretty big difference for my wife to notice a power increase in my Lightning.
Dons bolt changed my plugs this weekend to accomodate my 4# pully Ive been running with stock plugs. It didnt seem to make any difference but i feel safer now.Im pretty confident it was the 50 degree temps around here not the plug change

Prolly a little to do with both.....What plugs did you install....I've been running the denso IT22's for almost 20k miles now, and no problems at all.....Just to be safe though, I ordered a new set and will be installing them shortly because I have been running methanol injection for a few passes, and I'm curious to see the condition of the plugs when I take them out....

Im not into the expensive spark plug trends.I went with NGK TR6 cause thats what was reccomended to me by other people. At $16 I dont feel as bad as if I spent alot.Tell you the truth,There have been many people in the last 50 years making alot more power than we are with blowers or not. a regular spark plug has worked for them so i dont feel it is where you need to spend big bucks.Actually i dont like varying from auto lite or delcos but TR6 is what was reccomended.

'quick,

Took the Bolt out for a little post Hotchkis sway bar test and a couple WOT blasts last night.

49 degrees
Winter/Road race file

results:

Hotchkis sway bars ROCK!!
15 lbs of boost with ONLY a 4# lower and JL air kit

A couple of these..

Too bad the truck may not be around much longer.

For every 10 degrees you drop your intake temps, expect 1% more power. This number been varified to be close on my truck, I dropped intake temps 40 Degrees and picked up 15RWHP on a 400RWHP truck
