Should be in your owner's manual under Fluids - Refill Capacities.

I have a hug technical book, but it doesnt specify..it just tells you to pour until the line is between max and min ... I need to know how to bleed out the old fluid as well.

I just took a small hand pump with a hose that could fit down to the bottom of the resevoir and pumped it out. I then poured some fresh fluid in and started the engine and turned the wheels 5 or 6 times to get the fluid flowing. I then repeated this about 3 or 4 times. You can disconnect the hose for the PS pump to drain the pump, but that can be a pain in the butt. My method replaced a good majority of the fluid and the steering was much better after that. I think I used about a quart.
