i was having my new 2400 stall converter put in my tranny at a friends performance shop and we were all whittling away under the truck and this guy pulls up in a nice looking older fox body. out he gets and he walks in wearing a westway ford shirt. he comes up to me (at this point im thinking hes gonna go right back and rat me out and void all my warranty, he sees my LTs my big ol pulley, traction bar, etc) and says nice truck. i say thanks. he was friends with the owner of the shop and helped them put in my stall. after all was done he asked me if he could drive it, i said sure. i tell him to goose it good. he does and says man its pretty dern quick.

i just thought it was an amusing story, ford techs helping to mod my truck. and they have all sorts of ideas to get around those pain in the **** bolts
