They didn't tell us not to talk about, so not sure why nobody has said anything yet. I won't disclose anyone's ETs, I'll let the owners do so. My Gen 1 guy I was there supporting did very well. Several Gen 2 owners set new personal bests, and there were a few 10 second trucks, but no records were broken, that's about all I'll say, the participants can chime in on their own.

I don't know if we are suppose to say anything, they didn't say anything about it and I guess it was a lot different last year. There were people taking pictures and video this year and from what I heard there was none of that allowed last year.
I won't say anything about times cause I still am confused on the whole thing but as far as I know (people were still making passes when I left) it went something like 1st- White Gen1, 2nd, or 1st out of the Gen2's- Black Gen2 hint, hint, 3rd-white gen2, 4th-black gen2 with 3rd and fourth, or 2nd and third out of Gen 2's being from Vacationland hint, hint . I think that was all of the 10 second trucks and then some very low 11's.
If it is a wrong to post this someone let me know and I will delete it ASAP. As Sal pointed out, no one said anything about secrecy like it was last year, so I hope this is ok.
Congratulations to all that participated it was a good time, and it was nice to see everyone together.

Also, If anyone has any pictures or video of my truck I would love to see them. wjaynes@maine.rr.com
Thanks,

Bill

Hey Bill, I am guessing there were other passes after I left? I don't see how, as they had stopped running after I ran my van . Can you e-mail me and let me know what you know, I also don't recall that white Gen 1 making a full pass.

Sal,
Now that I start thinking more about it I think I got 1st and 2nd in reverse. That is how it was up to the third round when I thought we were all done. You did tell me that was the last run. And then stepped it up a little more and went to the quickest e.t. and MPH. I left right after you did, I know people were still making passes after my truck was on the trailer. Not saying mine would have gone any quicker, I'm sure it would have come out the same way, it just would have been a little closer. Congratulations again to the winner.

The Gen1 didn't make a full pass that I know of but he had a real good run going until the blower belt went south, that run, time wise put him in second overall I think.

Bill

We had a great time! i was expecting to run much better than i did but had serious traction problems and a few other bugs to work out.... Charlie had nothing but problems as well and was disapointed in his results. My other customer had his tranny go south and did not achieve what we expected.. But thats racing and regardless of the problems we had that day it still was Great to be part of it!... I would like to thank MM/FF (John H.) for the invite and doing a great job organizing the event for us Lightning Owners! I also want to Thank Pat @ Level 10 for Building our *NEW* "Torque Master" Tranny in time to make the event. without his help we wouldn't have made it...Pat (Level 10) finished my tranny just hours before the event! again Thanx a million Pat!... We will be offering this New designed tranny (*Torque Master*)to all our customers and installing them as well. we made close to 800 ft.lbs of TRQ on the dyno and it should do just fine with these new upgrades Level 10 has made.....JL
