Not giving us any details,
but for the Motor to Burn/use oil, that would mean oil is blowing
past a piston, ring, or the cylinder wall could be frucked.
"OR"
it could be blowing past a Valve Guide and or Valve Seal,
(or Bent Valve).
"OR"
maybe even a bad Head Gasket

Is it leaking oil, using oil, smoking, fouling out, WHAT ?

is that all your talking about TB ???

I thought all L owners knew about the two oil
sucking probs we have, like John said there's tons
of post on it.

Sorry, I just noticed your new here,
WELCOME my newest L brother
In case you don't know
We suck oil into the throttle body from the Drivers Side,
This is done by oil being pushed up the line going
into the rubber boot attaching the air filter to the throttle body.

We also suck oil in the rear lower manifold from the Pass side,
This is due to the Factory PCV allowing flow both ways.

There are lots of differant fixes for it,
and even more opinions on it.

but unfortunatly I think you already know about this
and your talking about burning oil
