Who makes aftermarket brakes for a 2001 L. Are they worth the money. Does anyone here have any suggestions or pics or ideas.

use the search button on the upper right hand corner of the screen and enter 'big brake' (no apostrophes) as your search term. You should come up with a large but manageable listing of threads that cover this subject.

*edit* forgot this site doesnt let you use 3 letter words in your search.

Try 'brake kit'

... nevermind ... good luck tho

Check out this site:

www.timskelton.com

Tim has researched and compiled a tremendous amount of info on making L's go, turn, and stop fast and live long. He has a good rundown of the available kits.

I wound up with the Stillen/Brake-Pros kit. If I get before and after data, I'll post it (need to find one of those "G-tech" things to borrow).

You could search on Tim skelton or Nathans user name along with the word brakes. Or you could search for brembo brakes - most threads discuss brembos and any alternatives. Or you could search for big* brakes
