Question: Did REM ask you to make a conciliatory post here as a term of settlement? Did you volunteer this as a term of settlement? This kind of post is common in settlement of Internet-related disputes.

Just the cynical lawyer and resident skeptic in me . . .

Dam I am glad to see this post.. People have had problems with every tuner on the board,doesn't mean there trying to screw everone.... Can't make everyone happy all the time.. But I am very happy for this one, I have had few dealing with Tim & Paul and I found them to be Top Shelf...............
