chip or reflash

New to forum, new to lightnings, I have read alot of different things, so I will just ask you guys. I have a 03 lightning I would like to put a chip and pulley or reflash and pulley, 4lb. What are the advantages or disadvantage. Which would you go with I have cold air intake on it and ftvb.

I didnt want to start anything, just to see how happy some are with the chip, and how happy someone is with a reflash. If any have had problems with reflash

I have a Reflash and it works great for me!!
