Vacuum Line Help
Vacuum Line Help
Neeeeeeed HELP!!!
My local dealer is near the end on my "L" motor conversion.
He has one vacuum line on the engine that has no connection point.
In the various photos on this site of the Boost Dump Valve, I see a loom containing three vacuum lines, a Pink, Black and Red. This mechanic doesn't know where the RED one connects. Unfortunately, they had to lay off their two SVT specialists and they don't have an "L" or an "HD" on the lot to look at.
Can somebody Puhleeeeez look under their hood tonight and see if they can figure out where the Red line goes? Really would appreciate it.
If nobody responds I'll have to get the book from their library department and read the instructions to him.

On the factory Eaton one vacuum line goes to the top of the boost bypass and one goes to the bottom. The vacuum line from the bottom of the throttle body tube helps the bypass close, the other one opens it.
