Anybody using these?

What do you guys think of the 315/30s?

I considered them before buying my 555DR's but they were not tall enough for me. Only the 345 would of cut it but our wheels aren't wide enough.
They look like they would hook real good though. Treadwear must be even worse than the Nitto's because they don't even bother giving it a rating.

I think those are geared more towards the import crowd......

Dunno, I don't think I've ever seen an import with rims much above 16". I know the new STi has 17's but that's cutting edge. Most of the racer's I see here in TX run 14's.

Yeah, I have seen a few Stangs and Camaro's running them with great results at the local track.

The newer Vette's run on the 315's, and the Vipers swear by the 335's. With the right wheel maybe the 315's would work for a lightning with 3.55 gears.

thoes tires were originaly desinged for the all wheel drive class import drag cars, " they have to run street tires" they were so popular with the import crowd they made bigger sizes, for the vetts, vipers, and i belive they do sell a 295 45 18. but they work extremly well on and off the track, but don't count on them lasting verry long, super sticky compound
