I ran a 13.9 in my 2000 L with 3/4 tank gas at Byron, IL on a 75 degree April day. And it was my first time at the track. I think high 13's or low 14's would be expected for a somewhat average driver.

Check my sig. This time was without the FTVB. It's 2001 but it shouldn't be that far off. Good luck.

The 14.6 time was a red herring that SVT put out. It was slow enough so that 99% of all owners could say that their truck could beat the factory times. Realistically, very low 14s to mid 13s they run stock, depending on your area/track. Stock '99-00s are running 13.5-13.7 times here at Cecil, but may run 14.1 times in Arizona.
