what wire did u tap into for the Parking break turn on?

Just ground the wire. That way you won't have to worry about most of the features being disabled while your driving.

FYI: This may be against the law, and can be dangerous if your crazy enough to watch TV while you drive.

i would do that but ive heard storys of cops givin tickets if it isnt hooked up right

 

I've heard stories about people getting sucked into the drain at the pool, but I've still got my park brake wire grounded. Going on two years now, no tickets.

you are allowed to have information on the screen while moving, so if your screen is a tuner as well, then you can just press the button to flip it over to the am/fm tuner or cd screen, or go to navigation and you are safe. if you get pulled just flip it to an info screen and tell the cop to **** off, it's just a radio.

same here grounded the wire,for the xm antenna
run it through the 3rd brake light hole.

 

woohoo same here ground that damn wire, and yea the 3rd brake light hole is great.

 

alright i put a switch in for the parking brake wire and all that works good but,
this happens when you hook a posistive instead of a ground on the xm tuner, i soldered it and now will turn on but now i have a problem with it saying check the antana
