Automobile magazine that just came out. They only say 5.2 0-60 and 150mph. I'm not sure how that qualifies the statement though. There also is a nice pic on the new L on page 64. Most of the stuff appears to be re-hashed press releases.

 

Well if there 150mph accusation is correct than it will be..........

That Guiness record set a month back had a stock Gen 2 doing like 147mph or something.

Yeah, it will be the world's fastes pickup when it comes out.
There will be a bunch of people talking about how their modded Lightnings will be able to take one, but from the lot, the SRT-10 will take our crown away. For a while, anyway.

 

i dont think you'll have to worry about getting the crown back either. dodge is going to make a HEMI V-10 in the near future to replace the Viper engines that they're putting in the SRT-10's. fords will blow engine after engine trying to keep up

 

i heard one of those dodge trucks has entered the "cart" circuit, and all the drivers are a little ascared of it, or something

I read in another forum that the SRT-10 had been cancelled due to various concerns about safety, blah, blah, blah. Has anyone heard the same - I hadn't until I read the post.

 

Sure looks like somebody has some hidden jealousy issues. Thank goodness!! finally!!!!! instead of being able to look forward to trading in his Neon, for a used Dakota that he can put rt/10 cosmetics on he's been buying from ebay, D*********z has something more out of his grasp. Lightning's hold the titles, RAM srt/10's, though out of your grasp, still have yet to shut us down except with Dodge's pathetic attempts with false advertising. Ya'll good ole boys came out with the rt/10, we smoked your *** in the Lightning, before and after, if the RAM srt/10 does show for the big game, the only truck true to its name, "Lightning" will ring in your head as something you will always be jealous of. Just be quiet and find a lower ebay price for rt/10 sticker you always wanted.
