Ripped off L's side view mirror

I was backing out my 03L , and i hear this thung, i look over and notice the white part of my side view mirror was hanging!

Thank god i got it to snap back into place!

I dont have much room between the poles in my carport, maybe about 2" on each side.

The lip where the blinker light is on the mirror snagged the pole.

Another inch i would have ripped off the whole mirror.

Chas

UH...No flame intended, but that is why they make break-away mirrors...Just fold them in and you should be fine....

Very true. You may also want to check and make sure the blinker still works and you didn't damage the bulb if you haven't already. -Mat-
