long tube headers and a magnaflow catback will set you back about 1800. but it sounds good.

REM has a special going on right now for the Dynatech long tubes, high flow single cats for about $1195 installed, I picked up my single muffler cat back Magnaflow (after having the Bassani) for $499. I think the dual cats are $599. I went with the single muffler cat back to quiet her down just a little. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being loud I think I am at 8 re. an aggressive sound. I love it!

It is an awesome sound, be for warned it is very aggressive! At WOT everyone will know a serious "go fast" just came around the corner.

Good Luck!

D-Day

WELCOME Spk2067

A 2lb upper is a tit job and you can keep your stock plugs and get away with no chip. But a Chip is the Lightning's single most
Performance Improving Mod we got. Along with a good Filter and Pulley, 35-50 HP is expected and a full second off your ET.

Thats the way to go, 2lbs is never enough, 6 is great, 4 is safer and just as fast as 6 on a hot day. A 4-6lb lower will make it a 12 second beast with a good Filter-n-Chip but plan on Doing a Plug Change and get a great tuner or like Dan said, you need Dyno Time to keep it safe. Just remember, chip ='s BY BY WRRNTY

Good Luck to You and the GF

I got detailed pictures of all my mods being installed
step by step in my Gallery if you plan on doing it yourself
