Sold the L for a Mach 1
Congrats on the new pony, I couldnt make that trade personally.. but the Mach 1 is a nice car for sure. I didnt realize how quick they were, if your running low 13 thats pretty damn good IMO.
To set the record straight, they are not selling my truck for $18,800. If they are, then they are making no money at all. This lot had three other L's in the used area when I traded the truck in. I am positive the price they are giving is for a different truck.
In fact, once my truck was turned in, I never saw it on the lot. Maybe one of the appraisers decided they wanted it
As for missing the truck, yes, sometimes, but I also like this Mach a lot. I came close to getting an '03 Cobra but decided the Mach was more in line with what I was looking for. I was able to get A plan pricing, $2500 cash back, 0% financing for 36 months and was over $4K to the good on the L. All said, I ended up financing only $18K to get the car.
Now I have a car that has a 5 year/75,000 mile warranty and that is produced in limited numbers. Even moreso than the Lightning. I should be ready to trade again about the time the '05/'06 Mustang and Lightning are available
