ya the 12 second sticker is great isn't it Mr Freeze

I've had some great street races and have managed to win each and everyone except for our Brother Shim Shady. (He dusted me)
There was that Fire Hawk I blew away 6 times from a roll but then we caught a red light and he chirped and took off as I sat and smoked, (but I don't count that) A 67 VW Bettle can dust me on a 20 degree night on F-1's.

As Don just said, there's times it's simply not worth it,
because you simply can't get traction.
Winter is that time for me

For Don and his Beast,
I would imagine hi noon on a Hot Summer Day is bad for traction

The only race I've been challenged to was by two guy's and their chicks smokin doobies and drivin a cavalier (what company makes those piles-o-chit) total beater! They were super funny at the light revin' the 6cyl and beggin for a show. so I left em in the dust. That's about it. I think the ricers know better. I love this ride and I still think most people are clueless about it.

Most people are completely clueless about the real capability of it.

I've tried a couple of m3's and got the dismissive wave. The only one I've gotten to go was a crappy driver and got wrecked.

The 14sec porsche carrera's also give me the disimissive wave.

I'm looking for a Cayenne turbo to eat up but all of them think I couldnt come even close and dismiss me too

But then again the cops don't look twice at the milk truck.

I lived in Anchorage for five years before I moved up here to go to College and it really isn't that bad. Yeah it gets really cold in the winter time up here and we don't even have any real malls to shop at either. The thing I like about Fairbanks the most is that we don't have the traffic that Anchorage has, but all in all I do wish I was still in Anchorage cuz the atmosphere is just much better down there.

Anyone with a aftermarket exhaust and wing up here seems to think their car can run 10's in the 1/4. I don't know what it is with people up here, but I think it has something to do with the Army base that is nearby plus a little bit of "Fast and The Furious" envy. I'm pretty sure I have the only '03 Lightning and Shadow Grey one in my area and there are only 4 other Lightnings that I know of up here besides mine, so maybe every wants to race cuz they really don't know what it is.

All I have to say is I absolutely Love this truck.

To prove how clueless some people are, the other day a woman in a p.o.s. car next to me asked me if the truck was a special prototype vehicle. I get the 351 crap all the time too, mostly from other truck owners. I have to laugh most of the time. There are five or six lightnings around town I know of and they are all modded pretty well. Two guys roam the streets looking for prey, and most people leave me alone (one Honda S2000 tried) I put him in his place real fast. He was cool though with thumbs up (had his girl in the car too) haha she should've gotten into a real vehicle...mine!
