probably one of the reasons being that our motors turn at a faster rpm

That reminded me of the diesel tractors at the tractor pulls back in the day. Make big power but takes forever to come on. He's got some work to do at the line. Still cool though.

My one buddy has a duramax that I modded for him with a chip, air intake filter kit, full wide open exhuast, that was it and I can't beleive how much of a difference it made with the truck, we didn't dyno it but the site said 150 hp and 300 trq and I beleive it cause it was a night and day difference with that monster.

now my boddy bob has a f250 with the powerstroke and he's gone 12.5's with his with the propane injection.

My friend jason has a black 2002 F350 4 door with an 8" light and 38.5" Baja Claws. He put a Banks Power Pack on it. Upgraded turbo, full exhaust and a chip to go with. It also has 4.56 gears. That truck ain't no slouch either. It supprised the heck outta me. Someone on here has probably seen it rolling around Jacksonville Florida. Anyone know what that piston came out of??

I believe its out of a deutz 1015. I can find out for sure. quite a bit bigger than the engines in the diesel pickups though. heh 2L per cylinder.

The 1015

Water-cooled
V6 and V8 engines
2.0 L displacement per cylinder OR (12.0 - 16.0 L displacement)
Power range 250 - 600 HP
