why did your check engine light come on after you let off the gas?

it looks like it was on for the entire run. unless it was low fuel.

 

Full tank I'm not driving fast anymore with less than 1/2 tank. The check engine light is almost always on with the chip i have in there right now. The codes are too rich bank one and two, disconnected boost bypass, all egr codes, rear O2 sensor codes. I don't have egr or rear O2 sensors.
