Gotta say it's been many years since I've been in love with a vehical. Last was my Porsche, sold 13 years ago.

You can get your build number and date by calling SVT @ 1-800-FORD-SVT (800 367-3788) and giving them your VIN. Post it here and I'll add you the the list at the beginning of this thread.

Something that seems very strange indeed......I was just told that the first possible production date is 12/09/2002.
I noticed that we have 2 that are before that date, which is what made me ask the SVT folks. They are telling me that if any are produced before the production date it would be considered a pre-production run and would not be counted as part of total production count.

I just found this list and am still a bit curious as to the "pre-production" dates on the top of this list.
Is it possible the couple at the top of this list maybe have gotten the wrong dates?

I just noticed that my build date is listed as 12/2 on the list when it should be 12/4 . If I remember correctly, my engine has a build date of 11/18(I will check that when I get home).
Is there somewhere on the truck that I can look to confirm the truck's build date ?
